Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the captioned film to satisfy all mechanical, heat-proof, and conductive properties by composing the film of all aromatic polyamide and conductive high polymer. CONSTITUTION:A film is composed of all aromatic polyamide and conductive high polymer, and is formed with all aromatic polyamide solidified from its solution and dried at below 350 deg.C, then conductive high polymer monomer is made to be polymerised on the film to form conductive high polymer. All aromatic polyamide is composed of repeated units of a general formula-NH-Ar1- NH-CO-Ar2-CO and/or -NH-Ar3-CO-, and Ar1, Ar2, and Ar3 are individually independent bivalent aromatic radical. Polyvinyl etc., are used as conductive high polymer materials. As a result, excellent heatproofness, mechanical property, and dimensional stableness of all aromatic polyamide can be maintained, and furthermore higher conductivity obtained.
