Abstract

PURPOSE:To send the data as one original by utilizing excellently the advantages of the T6 coding system so as to use the information handled as plural pages while using image information subject to coding processing with simple circuit constitution and efficient synthesis. CONSTITUTION:In coding message information, the message is handled as one page original and additional information (b) is subject to coding processing by a coding/decoding section 13 and sent to a coded data input selector 14 as a coded data (g) with an EOFB code added thereto. An EOFB detection circuit 16 deletes the EOFB code included in the coded data (g) of the additional information (b) and a system control section 12 gives a request of transmitting a white line code of one line coded by the T6 horizontal mode to the white line code sending circuit 15. A white code output (h) is sent to a line connection section not through the section 16 from the white line code sending circuit 15. Thus, the synthesis processing between the message information and the picture information or external coded picture input is applied.
