Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the maximum current flowing through a wiring, by making up a multilayer current path by laminating alternately a superconducting layer and an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:After an insulating layer 8 turning to a base layer is formed on a substrate 7, an electrode 9 is formed by etching and eliminating a part of the insulating layer 8. A superconducting layer 5 and an insulating layer 6 turning to constitution elements of a wiring structure are alternately formed. The thickness of each of the layers 5, 6 is in the order from several hundreds Angstrom to several hundreds mum. The number of laminated layers is set as 3-100. After a superconducting wiring 3 is formed, as electrode 10 is vapor-deposited, and heated to be connected to the superconducting layer 5 with ohmic contact. Thereby, the maximum current flowing in the wiring 3 can be remarkably increased.
