Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to automatically read at randoom a card game of Japanese style which uses playing cards of one hundred famous poems by selecting the reading cards one by one in conformity to a table of random number, reading out the encoded voice information concerning the selected reader card from a memory circuit, and decoding it and outputting the decoded voice information. CONSTITUTION: When a start switch 12 is depressed, a random number generating part 13 generates one of random numbers, and a reader card selecting part 14 selects one of the hundred reader cards in conformity to the given random number. One reader card should never be selected again. A voice information reading part 15 produces the address of the voice information for the first half and second half of poem corresponding to the No. N of the reader card which is calculated by the selecting part 14, and the voice information is read out of a memory circuit 11. A voice decoding part 16 decodes the voice information on the ADM system or ADPCM system, and the result is sent to a voice outputting circuit 17. The circuit 17 amplifies the output from the part 16 and outputs voices through a speaker 18.
