Abstract

PURPOSE:To use the titled circuit at a high frequency band by providing a 3rd transistor(TR) in cascode connection to either 1st or 2nd TR and connecting the base to a node of a potential point having the same polarity as that of an input signal to the base of the 1st or 2nd TR of the side in cascode connection. CONSTITUTION:The bases of TRs Q19, Q20 having common base connection receives a constant voltage generated by diodes D13, D14 and a resistor R13 and they are in cascode connection. Then the base of a TR Q21 interposed and connected between TRs Q17, Q19 is connected to a potential point being of the same polarity as that of an input signal VIN to the base of the TR Q17, that is, to the collector of the TR Q18. That is, the input capacitance of either the TR Q17 or Q18 is cancelled by the TR Q21. As a result, the ground capacitance viewed from the input side due to the capacitance existing between the collector and base of the TRs is reduced sufficiently and the use at a high frequency band is attained.
