Abstract
PURPOSE:To receive an urgent message and to control even a call other than a mischievous call without any preparations such as informing a caller of a password number nor the limitation of callers by providing a means which delays a calling signal sent from an exchange by a prescribed time at the time of the termination of telephone. CONSTITUTION:An incoming detecting circuit 11 detects the calling signal from the exchange and sends out the signal to the delay circuit 12, which operates a line switching circuit 13 the predetermined time later to connect the exchange to the telephone set through a line. For the purpose, the delay time is set properly and then ordinary caller who tries to send an important message thinks that the opposite party is absent and quits the telephone call before an actual ring tone starts.
