Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the composition of circuits, by controlling the ON/OFF- duty and repeated frequency of a switching element so that specified DC voltage may be fed to a DC load according to the detection of the state of an AC load. CONSTITUTION:The power circuit unit of a facsimile is composed to be provided with a DC power source 20, an inverter circuit 21, a rectifying and smoothing circuit 22, a DC load 23, a reactor 24. an AC load 25, and a control circuit 26. Besides, a brightness detecting circuit 55 for detecting the load state of the AC load 25, an auxiliary power source, and a voltage detecting circuit 54 are arranged. By the control circuit 26, according to detection voltage obtained from said voltage detecting circuit 54, a switching element 32 is PWM- controlled, and according to the output of the brightness detecting circuit 55, the ON/OFF-repeated frequency (period) of the element 32 is controlled. As a result, by the change of the output frequency of the inverter circuit 21, the AC load 25 can be controlled, and by the change of a pulse width, the DC load 23 can be controlled.
