Abstract
PURPOSE:To completely prevent exhaust gas from the generation of a smell and smoke, by a method wherein secondary air is blown in a cylindrical secondary combustion chamber in the direction of a tangential line to generate a turbulence swirl flow, and combustible gas and secondary air are efficiently dispersed and mixed with each other by a step for mixture situated to the bottom part of the secondary combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:An amount of high temperature air fed to a primary combustion chamber forms a flow rate lower than a combustion ignition air amount, and is held in a heated state by means of a resistance wire heater 5. Refuse 15 contained in a refuse case 14 causes thermal decomposition, generated steam and combustion gas is fed to a secondary combustion chamber through a gas feed nozzle 8. By blowing in an amount of secondary air, being large enough to allow complete combustion of combustible gas, through a nozzle 10, a turbulence swirl flow is generated in the secondary combustion chamber. The blown-in secondary air causes peeling behind a step 9 for mixing gas, and a return region is formed above the gas feed nozzle 8. Combustible gas through the gas feed nozzle 8 and secondary air facilitate formation of flame when the two gases meet each other behind a return region, and simultaneously dispersion in the return region causes mixture of the secondary air and the combustible gas.
