Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute image-reading efficiently and with high diagnostic accuracy by selecting automatically only an image related to an image-reader's notice area, converting it to a picture quality being suitable for image-reading after having considered a position relation of each image and displaying it, even in case plural pieces of images whose objects are the same part exist with regard to one body to be inspected, and also, they exist more than the number of display surfaces. CONSTITUTION:When a doctor inputs a notice area name, a controller 10 selects an image of a body to be inspected, being suitable for image-reading of its notice area, refers to the contents of each storage device 20-50 and sets a display arrangement which is not inconsistent with an anatomical position relation, selects a display condition being suitable for image-reading of the notice area and controls a multiplexer 70, by which they are displayed on plural display parts 91-93. In such a way, images of a group examination and a close examination can be handled efficiently, and also, not the whole part but a small notice area can be brought to image-reading efficiently and with high diagnostic accuracy.
