Claims (1)

と、 このボイラの給湯口に設けられボイラ内の高圧
沸騰水による圧力で開く常時閉状態の圧力弁と、 上記ボイラの通気口に設けられた常時閉状態の
封止弁と、 操作体およびこの操作体の操作に連動して上記
圧力弁を強制的に開くとともに上記封止弁を開く
連動体と、 を備えたことを特徴とする飲料抽出装置。 (2) 上記封止弁は、上記通気口をボイラの内側
より開閉し上記操作体の操作に連動して開く第１
の開閉体と、上記通気口をボイラの外側より開閉
し上記操作体の操作に連動して閉じる第２の開閉
体と、上記通気口の外側でかつ上記第２の開閉体
よりボイラの内部側に設けられほぼ水の沸点以上
の温度で作動して上記第２の開閉体を開く蒸気検
知子とを備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
