しである。(Problem t - Means for Solving) In order to achieve the above object, the packet communication system according to the present invention includes an image information blocking section that blocks moving image information into a specified length and a predetermined audio information block. A packet consisting of an audio information blocking section that blocks long pieces of audio information, and a packetization section that blocks multiplexes the blocked moving image information and the blocked audio information accompanying this moving image information as one packet. The device is configured to transmit digitized moving image information and digitized audio information in one packet.
