信号及びクロマバースト信号が正常でなくなり、
カラーキラー感度は通常の再生より変化する。ま
たキユー、レビユー再生の場合に、相対速度が変
化するが、これを回転映像ヘツドの回転速度を変
化させて補正しない時には、バースト信号で遅延
線を通過した方は、抜き取りできなくなり、カラ
ーキラー感度が変化する。また、特にSECAM方
式の場合は、PAL方式との判別を、1H毎の周波
数の差により行なうため、相対速度が変化する
と、カラーキラー判定は、なおいつそう変化す
る。従つて従来装置では、特殊再生時にカラーキ
ラーが正常に動作せず、安定した再生信号を得る
ことができないという問題があつた。
