Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
(1) 発明の技術分野
本発明は、定電流回路において、回路を簡素化
し、かつ効率と特性の改善を計つた定電流回路に
関するものである。

(2) 従来技術及びその問題点
従来の定電流回路を第１図に示す。
図において主トランスの一次巻線には、起動ス
イツチSW、ヒユーズＦ、突入電流保護用の抵抗
R2、主トランジスタTR、電源Ｅが直列に接続さ
れ、コンデンサC2、抵抗R1，C1、リレーRLが並
列に接続されている。

又、二次巻線には中点にダイオードD1，D2、
抵抗R3，R4が直列に、平滑コンデンサC5，C6が
並列に接続され、コンデンサC5とC6の接続点は
接地されるとともに、抵抗R5を介して抵抗R3，
R4の接続点に接続される。

又、抵抗R4の電圧は比較器COMPに入力され、
基準電圧Vrefと比較される。

比較器COMPの出力は制御回路PWMに入力さ
れ、制御回路PWMはトランスT2を介して主トラ
ンジスタTRのスイツチング同期を制御する。こ
こで動作を説明すると、起動スイツチSWをオン
にすると電源Ｅから起動スイツチSW、抵抗R2を
介して流れコンデンサC2に充電される。この時
第２図ａの如く突入電流I1が流れるが、この突入
電流I1は主に抵抗R2の抵抗値によつて制限され
る。

こで動作を説明すると、起動スイツチSWをオン
にすると電源Ｅから起動スイツチSW、抵抗R2を

電流I1は主に抵抗R2の抵抗値によつて制限され
る。
ちなみに突入電流I1は次式で表わされる。

ここでＲは抵抗R2の抵抗値、ｒは抵抗R2を除
くコンデンサC2への充電電流の経路の抵抗、E1
は電源Ｅの出力電圧である。そして、コンデンサ
C2の充電電圧Ecがある電圧になるとリレーRLが
動作し、その接点rlにより抵抗R2が短絡される。
抵抗R2が短絡されると再び突入電流I2が流れる。

上式から明らかな如くE1とEcの差が小さい程
突入電流I2は小さくなる。そのため、抵抗R1とコ
ンデンサC1よりなる遅延回路を設け、第２図ｂ
の如く変化する充電電圧EcがE1にできるだけ近
づいた点で、リレーRLが動作する様にしている。

このため、コンデンサC1として大容量のもの

点があつた。

更に２次側において、負荷R6が誤まつて短絡
され抵抗値が０Ωとなつた時、２次側で必要な電
力が極めて小さくなるため主トランジスタTRの
オン時間は極めて小さくなる必要がある。

振音が聴えてしまう。

これを防止するため、抵抗R4，R5を挿入して、
負荷R6が短絡されても抵抗値がゼロにならない
様にしている。この結果、抵抗R1、抵抗R3R4に
より電力の浪費があり、回路全体の効率が悪く、
又遅延回路を必要とした。

(3) 発明の目的
本発明は上記欠点に着目し、回路の効率と、簡
略化が可能な宛電流回路を提供することを目的と
するものである。

(4) 発明の構成
上記目的は、本発明によればトランスの一次巻
線に直列に接続された起動スイツチと、抵抗と主
トランジスタ該一次巻線に並列に接続されたコン
デンサと、二次巻線に並列に接続された平滑コン
デンサと、該平滑コンデンサの電圧と基準電圧と
を比較する比較器、該比較器出力により主トラン
ジスタのスイツチング周期を制御する制御回路該
制御回路とアース間を継続する地気スイツチとを
有し、該起動スイツチのオンにより、流れる電流
を抵抗を介してコンデンサに充電し、該地気スイ
ツチのオンにより該制御回路に電源を供給し、該
比較器出力に応じて主トランジスタのスイツチン
グを行なう様にした定電流回路において、該二次
巻線に直列にリレーを、該抵抗と並列に該リレー
の接点を接続し、二次巻線に流れる電流によつて
該リレーを動作させ該接点により該抵抗を短絡す
る様にしたことを特徴とする定電流回路によつて
達成される。

該リレーを動作させ該接点により該抵抗を短絡す
る様にしたことを特徴とする定電流回路によつて
達成される。
(5) 発明の実施例
第３図は、本発明の実施例を示す図で、図中
RL′はリレーで第１図と同一部材には同一符号を
付している。

本発明においては、従来一次側に設けていたリ
レーを、二次側に抵抗R3の代わりに接続し、第
１図における抵抗R1、コンデンサC1を省略した。

本発明回路に於いても、起動スイツチSW投入
時に流れる突入電流は、従来回路と同じように、
抵抗R2で抑圧できる。さらにリレRL′の接点rlが
閉じられた時に流れる突入電流は従来より改善さ
れる。それは、起動スイツチSWの投入からリレ
RLの接点rlが閉じられるまでの時間は、地気ス
イツチASWのオンにより、比較器COMP、制御
回路PWMから成る定電流回路が起動（地気信号
がきて始めて定電流回路が起動する）しない限り
長くとれる。この結果、コンデンサC2に充電さ
れる電圧がより電圧E1に近づくことで、電圧1と
コンデンサC2に印加される電圧Ecとの差が小さ
くなるため、リレRL′の接点rlが閉じられた時に
流れる突入電流は減少する。

がきて始めて定電流回路が起動する）しない限り
長くとれる。この結果、コンデンサC2に充電さ
れる電圧がより電圧E1に近づくことで、電圧1と
コンデンサC2に印加される電圧Ecとの差が小さ
くなるため、リレRL′の接点rlが閉じられた時に
流れる突入電流は減少する。
また本発明は、回路を安定に動作させる為、従
来ダミー抵抗R3を使用してたかわりリレRL′を接
続する。この結果、従来入力側のリレRL′で消費
してた電力を全くなくすことができるので回路全
体の効率を上げることができる。

Claims (1)
- １ トランスの一次巻線に直列に接続された起動
スイツチと抵抗と主トランジスタ、該一次巻線に
並列に接続されたコンデンサと、二次巻線に直列
に接続された電流検出用抵抗と、該電流検出用抵
抗の電圧と基準電圧とを比較する比較器、該比較
器力により主トランジスタのスイツチング同期を
制御する制御回路、該制御回路とアース間を断続
する地気スイツチとを有し、該起動スイツチのオ
ンにより、流れる電流を抵抗を介してコンデンサ
に充電し、該地気スイツチのオンにより該制御回
路に電源を供給し、該比較器出力に応じて主トラ
ンジスタのスイツチングを行なう様にした定電流
回路において、該二次巻線に直列にリレーを、該
抵抗と並列に該リレーの接点を接続し、二次巻線
に流れる電流によつて該リレーを動作させ該接点
により該抵抗を短絡する様にしたことを特徴とす
る定電流回路。
