面倒があつた。 Conventionally, in this type of electrostatic coating equipment, it has been common for each electrostatic coating machine to be directly connected to an electric motor that drives the cup-shaped body. Therefore, it was troublesome that explosion-proof measures had to be taken for each electric motor.

その防爆対策に多大の費用と手間を要していた。 In particular, when it comes to electrostatic oil applicators that apply lubricants such as anti-rust oil to wide plate-shaped objects such as steel plates, aluminum plates, or copper plates, a large number of them are installed according to the width of the object to be coated. Therefore, a large number of electric motors are used, and a great deal of cost and effort is required to take explosion-proof measures.

For example, when the cup-shaped bodies are rotated at a low speed of about 1000 to 1500 rpm, there will be variations in the rotation speed, and the spray pattern of the coating material sprayed from each cup-shaped body will be irregular. The coating was not uniform, causing problems such as uneven coating.

In an electrostatic coating apparatus in which a plurality of electrostatic coating machines are installed, a chain sprocket is attached to the other end of the rotating shaft of the electrostatic coating machine, and two or more adjacent electrostatic coating machines An endless chain is stretched between the chain sprockets of the machine to form an endless circulation chain mechanism, and a plurality of endless circulation chain mechanisms are connected in series to interlock the cup-shaped bodies of each electrostatic coating machine. It is characterized by being configured to be rotatable.
