形成回路、８は追尾パターン形成回路、９は捜索
追尾パターン制御回路、１０はビーム走査位置計
算回路、１１はビーム巾計算回路、ａは追尾に要
する時間、ｂは捜索のみ及び従来の装置による挿
索スポツト数、ｃはこの考案による捜索スポツト
数である。なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当
部分を示す。
