撓性のホース13により上下動自在に設けられた
マニホールド14とこのマニホールド14に取り
付けられる冷媒缶15との重量を検知し、さらに
その重量を電気信号に変換する機能を備えてい
る。18は該検知部17で与える信号を受けて検
知された重量を表示する充填量表示部で、記憶演
算回路20及び表示器18aを備え、それぞれ充
填量検知手段及び充填量表示手段として機能し、
充填開始以前には表示器18aに0表示し、充填
開始され冷媒が冷媒缶15より流出するのに伴な
い、記憶演算回路20では重量検知部17で与え
る重量の減少分を算出し、表示器18aにその減

しておけば、記憶演算回路20で与える冷媒充填
量がこのセツト値に達するかもしくはセツト値に
近くなつた時に警報器21より警報を発し、更に
セツト値に達するかもしくはセツト値を越えた時
点で冷媒流出路に備えた電磁弁22を自動的に閉
止するよう構成されている。尚、第3図には他の
実施例を示し、充填装置本体1と冷媒充填量検知
装置12とを別体とし、検知装置12を具備しな
い充填装置にも追加取付ができるようにしたもの
で、通常設けられているマニホールド14′と冷
媒路を切り換えて接続するだけで使用できる。

め、通常の充填装置に装備される圧力連成計にお
ける表示圧力と照合することにより、冷房装置及
び充填装置の性能の確認が容易に行なえる。すな
わち、適正量を充填した後に、連成計の表示圧が
適正圧に達していなければ、冷房装置もしくは充
填装置内の管路漏れや圧縮機の性能不良等が推測
され、一方表示圧が適正圧を越えていれば、冷房
装置もしくは充填装置内への空気の侵入や真空引
きの不良等が推測されるもので、各装置の故障や
作業ミスを容易に知ることができ、常に確実な充
填作業が行なえる。
