【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は傾斜型流体紫外線殺菌装置に係わり、
更に詳しくは、廃水、水容性切削油、流動性食品
等の流体の殺菌に用いるもので、傾斜型流体板を
有する装置の改良に関する。

にすること等々である。この点、従来の技術をみ
ると、実公昭35−22597号公報に示されているよ
うに、傾斜板と、その傾斜板に対応して配置され
た紫外線ランプを有し、上記傾斜板上に流体を流
下する過程で、流体に対して紫外線を照射するよ
うにした装置が提案されているが、これは上記要
請を満す技術である。

この改良に係わるものであるが、この種のものは
傾斜板上を、重力の作用によつて流体を流下せし
めるものである為に、次の問題点があることも事
実である。即ち、傾斜板の上部から殺菌すべき流
体を供給するものであるが、即ち上部貯槽から傾
斜板上に流下せしめられるものであるが、従来技
術ではこの貯槽の下部に流出口を穿孔し、そこか
ら傾斜板上に流出せしめている。従つて第一の傾
斜板の上部付近では、部分的に流体が上部のある
局部、より具体的には貯槽の流出口に対応する局
部に片より、そのまま第一の傾斜板を下る為に、
第一,第二と傾斜板を下がつていくに従つて問題
は解消するものの、第一傾斜板あたりでは傾斜板
の部分に偏在する為に流体の各部に対して平均し
て紫外線照射ができ難い問題が生ずる。

貯留槽と傾斜板の上端の境に三角形等の切り欠き
を等間隔に複数有するせき3を設けたことを特徴
とする傾斜型流体紫外線殺菌装置である。
