Abstract

PURPOSE:To form the pouring port having good sealing performance of a liquid container, by providing a thermoplastic resin layer having a specific thickness to the back surface of a paper material and heating the notch part of a pouring port forming scheduled part from the inside to fix a sheet like member to the surface of the peripheral edge part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene resin 2 is applied to the back surface of paper 1 in a thickness of 30-100mum by extrusion coating and the coated paper is formed into a blank having a predetermined shape. In performing punching and ruling, an almost U-shape notch 4 is provided to the blank. Subsequently, the part of the notch 4 is heated to 120-180 deg.C while pressed under pressure of 1-5kg/cm<2> At this point of time, the parts of the polyethylene resin 2 on both sides of the notch 4 are mutually fused and the end part of the paper at the part of the notch 4 is coated with the resin. Thereafter, a pouring port forming scheduled part 5 and the peripheral edge part thereof are fixed by one sheet-like member 6.

<Prior Art and its Problems> It has been known in the past to attach a plastic spout stopper to the spout portion of a paper container or the like containing alcoholic beverages, juice, etc. In response, the applicant has proposed a number of liquid paper containers that use a sheet-like member as a pouring spout so that the contents can be easily discharged when opened. One of them is a paper container for liquids that has a fan-shaped backing film on the back of the spout.By peeling off the front film and pulling the center part toward you, the locking parts provided on both sides of the fan-shaped dust film can be removed from the container. A paper container for liquid that engages with a certain position of a spout to form a spout is proposed. However, such a container requires a fan-shaped back film and a front film to form a container, making the structure complicated, the manufacturing process complicated, and the cost high.

Function> When the spout portion of a liquid container is manufactured by the method of the present invention, the cut portion of the spout forming portion once provided from the incision is 120 to 180° under a pressure of 1 to 5 kg/clll.
By heating at C, the resin on the back side melts, resealing the cut portion and covering the end surface of the paper material. Further, since the spout-forming portion and its periphery are fixed to the surface with a sheet-like member, the cut portion can be covered more reliably.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention has a simple structure that eliminates the film on the back side of the spout, and can be manufactured at low cost, making opening, pouring, and resealing extremely easy. It is a liquid container that can be easily used. In addition, since the end surface of the paper is covered with the thermoplastic resin on the back side, there is no possibility that the contents will penetrate from the end surface of the paper.
