ると加熱部のヒータを断電し、以後、この熱動ス
イツチのオン・オフにより加熱部の温度を制御し
て容器内のコーヒー液を加熱保温するようにして
いる。ところが加熱部は熱容量が大きいため、熱
動スイツチの開放作動後、すぐには加熱部の温度
は低下せず過熱気味のままとなり、また閉成作動
後もすぐには加熱部の温度は上昇せず過冷却気味
になり、この結果、加熱部の制御温度巾が大きく
なつてコーヒー液を所期の温度に保温することが
難しいという問題があつた。

ンクからの水が通る。ところがこのように構成し
ても、突起bは加熱部aと一体成形により形成さ
れているため、突起bの温度は熱容量の大なる加
熱部aの温度に依存し易く、加熱部の制御温度巾
の減少化が未だ不十分であり、また加熱部aに突
起bを一体に突設せねばならず、材料費及び成形
上不利である。

部を形成し、この平坦部に前記熱動スイツチを熱
伝導可能に取着する構成とし、以て熱動スイツチ
が水タンクの水を全て熱湯化した後は空になつて
熱容量が小さくなるパイプの温度を感知するよう
にして、制御温度巾をより小さくできるようにし
ようとするものである。

部たるケースで、このケース6は内部底方にフイ
ルタ7を装着すると共に、下部に取付けた受器8
の傾斜せる底部の最下部には抽出口8aを形成し
ている。9はコーヒー豆を粉砕するミル機構で、
このミル機構9は前記モータ収納室2内に駆動モ
ータ10を縦軸形に配設し、ケース6内に突出す
る該駆動モータ10の回転軸10aにカツタ11
を着脱可能に取着して構成したものである。12
は前記ケース6の上面開口部に着脱可能に取着し
た注湯器で、これは底部を上方に膨出する略球状
突面とした浅底の円筒容器状に形成され、該底部
には複数個の注湯孔13を形成している。14は
前記カツプ載置台3内に配設固定した加熱部たる
加熱盤で、これの上面はカツプ載置台3に形成し
た円形の開口部15を通して外方に露呈されてお
り、該加熱盤14の上面にはコーヒー液貯留用の
容器たるカツプ16を着脱自在に載置している。
そしてこのカツプ16の載置状態において、前記
受器8の抽出口8aがカツプ16内に臨んでい
る。而して、前記加熱盤14の下面には、その外
周縁に沿つて断面略逆U字状の第1の溝14aを
形成すると共に、その内側に位置して同じく断面
略逆U字状の第2の溝14bを形成している。1

第4図に示すように加熱盤14の下面と略面一な
平坦部20を形成している。21はヒータ18と
直列に接続した熱動スイツチで、これは感熱部分
をパイプ17の平坦部20に対し熱伝導可能とな
るように直接接触させるようにして取付板部21
aの両側をねじ22により加熱盤14下面に固定
している。尚、第1図において23はケース収納
室4及び水タンク5を一括して覆う蓋である。

出口8aから流出してカツプ16内に貯溜され

いて、パイプ17内では湯沸しが行われているた
め、パイプ17は100℃以上に加熱されることは
なく、従つて熱動スイツチ21は閉成状態を維持
しヒータ18を通電状態にしている。そして水タ
ンク5内の水が無くなると、パイプ17内の水は
全て蒸発してパイプ17内は空の状態になる。こ

に取付けるための構造が至極簡単で、且つ従来と
は異なり熱動スイツチを取付けるための突起を加
熱部に突設せずとも済むから材料費を節減でき且
つ製作上有利である。
