力処理装置(1)において、 上記釦押下によって図形表示開始点と押下時刻とを獲得
しておくと共に、上記釦押下解放によって当該釦押下解
放に対応する座標位置点と解放時刻とを獲得する第1の
機能部(11)と、 上記図形表示開始点と上記座標位置点との差が予め定め
た閾値以下で、かつ上記押下時刻と上記解放時刻との差
が予め定めた閾値以下である判定条件を満足したか否か
を判定するクリック/ドラッグ判定部(3)と、 該クリック/ドラッグ判定部(3)において、上記判定
条件を満足しないことが判定された際に、上記座標位置
点を上記図形表示終点として作図処理を実行する第2の
機能部(12)と、 上記クリック/ドラッグ判定部(3)において、上記判
