もに前記固定板と対面するよう前記スピンドルに
一体的に取り付けられた第2検知体とを備えて形
成し、前記可動板の周面に導電層を形成し、前記
アース電極とスピンドルとを該導電層を通し電気
的に接続できるよう構成したことを特徴とする変
位検出装置。
