Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and manpower and to obtain a surface plate having a high vibration suppressing effect, by flowing or applying a liquid vibration suppressing material to random areas being formed by a plurality of reinforcing members on the bottom face of a metal board member thus forming a vibration suppressing member. CONSTITUTION:The bottom face is constructed with a metal board member 3 being reinforced with a plurality of reinforcing members or ribs 1 and vibra tion suppressing members 5 in random areas being formed by a plurality of ribs 1 of the board member 3. Since the vibration suppressing members 5 can be provided in random area by simply flowing or applying a liquid vibration suppressing material with a plurality of ribs 1 provided on the surface plate being employed as a dam, the vibration suppressing member 5 can be formed easily without requiring special works or facilities even if the surface plate has a complex shape. Consequently, the cost and manpower can be reduced and a surface plate having a high vibration suppressing effect can be obtained.

The precision vibration isolation table shown in FIG. A vibration damping surface plate 10 with a wall thickness of about 3 to 5 mm formed by being sandwiched between plate-like bodies 103 made of iron, semi-stainless steel, etc.
7, and air springs 113 are interposed between the support members 111 attached to the four attachment spaces of the vibration damping fi 107 provided on the bottom side, and the ground (necked floor) 1 is installed.
15 is prevented from propagating to various instruments 101 such as precision processing machines or precision measuring instruments mounted on the vibration damping surface plate 107 on the upper surface side. The characteristics of a precision vibration isolation table having such a configuration are represented by the natural frequency determined by the spring constant of the air spring 113 used and the weight of the supported equipment 101. Resonance of the surface plate 107, 107 itself is a phenomenon that cannot be overlooked, and attempts have been made in the past to prevent resonance from occurring in the vibration damping surface plate itself.

By the way, as the above-mentioned vibration damping surface plate, two types are known as described below. That is, when the surface plate is made of a steel plate, a sheet of a sticky material or the like is bonded under pressure to the peak of the surface plate, and if necessary, a thin steel plate is used to form the F!
The sheet of the viscoelastic substance, etc. is held between the in4 plate and the steel plate (as shown in FIG. 4);
In the case of surface plates molded using molds such as composite material standard molds, the material constituting these surface plates itself should be selected to have good damping characteristics, so that the vibration damping y1 ability can be exhibited. It has become. However, when forming a damping surface plate using a surface plate made of steel plate, the process of adhering the viscoelastic material to the surface plate requires only a pressure bonding process; If there is no adhesive properties, the process of applying adhesive and the pressure bonding process described above will be required, and depending on the viscoelastic material, a heating process may also be required, which increases the number of man-hours and causes an increase in cost. . Furthermore, since the viscoelastic material usually has a thickness of several mm to several seven gm,
If the surface plate itself is thick, no significant vibration damping effect can be expected even if the viscoelastic material is bonded to the surface plate.On the other hand, when forming the vibration damping surface plate with a mold, the surface plate Because the materials that make up the product undergo special treatments such as special formulations, alloying element additions, or composite materials, the overall Judging by this, it seems that it has not yet reached the level of practical use for use as a vibration damping surface plate in a precision vibration isolation table.

This figure shows a vibration damping surface plate that is particularly suitable as a relatively small tabletop vibration isolating table.As is clear from FIG. It is provided in an arbitrary area formed by a metal plate-like body 3 whose bottom surface is reinforced by a plurality of reinforcing members, that is, ribs 1, and the plurality of ribs l of the metal plate-like body 3. It consists of a vibration damping member 5. The metal plate-shaped body 3 mentioned above may be a surface plate made of a steel plate, or may be an FC surface plate formed using a mold, an aluminum alloy casting, an aluminum die-cast surface plate, etc. The metal plate-like body 3 is surrounded by a plurality of ribs l, and is the same as the area where the vibration damping member 5 is formed by pouring or applying a liquid vibration damping material, which will be described later. It is surrounded by ribs 1 and consists of attachment areas 7 and handles 9 at the four corners of the plate-shaped body 3 to which members such as air springs and anti-vibration rubbers are attached, where T and II vibration members 5 are not formed. . When the plate-shaped body 3 is a surface plate such as a steel plate, the plurality of ribs 1 are formed by a processing process such as welding or bending, and the plate-shaped body 3 is formed by a mold. In the case of ordinary castings, it is inevitably formed in the process of pouring molten metal into a mold and forming it.

The plurality of lips 1 function as bottles when liquid damping material is poured or applied, as will be described later. The damping member 5 described above is formed by pouring a liquid damping material into the region or applying it by means of spraying, troweling, etc. In one embodiment according to the present invention, the damping material As shown in FIG. 1, the vibrating member 5 is formed in four regions excluding the attachment region. The vibration damping member 5
Although the thickness is not limited, it is usually 5 to 20 m.
In one embodiment according to the invention, where m is preferred,
The damping material may be a material that is relatively easily available, such as a synthetic material, other resin, or a rubber material.
In addition, there is no problem in selecting and using a special material, but if a rubber material is used, the above-mentioned surface plate itself may be used as a mold and vulcanized and bonded.6 The present invention is limited to the above-mentioned contents. However, the present invention is not limited to the above, and may be applied to a vibration damping surface plate larger than the vibration damping surface plate used in the tabletop sterilization table shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 2, for example. 2nd UA
As is clear from the figure, the vibration damping surface plate shown in FIG.
When the thickness of the ribs 11 is approximately equal to the thickness of the ribs 11, by pouring or coating a liquid damping material as described above over the area from the side surfaces of the plurality of ribs 11 to the bottom of the ribs 11, the thickness of the ribs 11 can be approximately equal to the thickness of the ribs 11. The damping members 15 are formed with equal wall thickness.

In both of the above-described two embodiments according to the present invention, damping material t1 in a liquid state can be damped in any area simply by pouring or applying the liquid damping material t1 using a plurality of ribs provided on the surface plate as a weir. Since it is possible to provide vibration damping members, even if the shape of the surface plate is complex, it is possible to form vibration damping members relatively easily without the need for special work or special equipment. Even when forming a damping member on a thick surface plate, the thickness of the damping member can be easily set to a thickness commensurate with the thickness of the surface plate. It can exhibit a sufficient vibration damping effect. The theoretical basis for the inventor's proposal represented by the above-mentioned embodiments includes - In general,
A light damping metal material is used for the surface plate used in a l'i-tight vibration isolation table, etc., so if such a light damping metal material is used as a surface plate, vibration damping is required. In the case of a light damping metal material, the damping characteristics of the material can be improved simply by adding a different material 1 having a different sound transmission phase loss. The difference in effect F between a vibration damping surface plate that has undergone the vibration damping process according to the present invention and a vibration damping surface plate that has not been made clear, for example, by comparing and contrasting their vibration damping waveforms.
