Abstract

PURPOSE:To supervise the end of call of a caller at the time of incoming trunk call by adding a function calling back a caller to a PBX (private branch exchange) to apply the titled system to the national public network when the DISA (direct in-word system access) is adopted. CONSTITUTION:A CPU1 controls a channel 4 to connect a PBREC3 at an incoming call to a DISA reception office line trunk 5 to connect the call to a REC3. When a caller dials its own subscriber number and ID number successively, the CPU 1 stores the received caller number in a main storage device 2, sends an acknowledge end tone to restore once the office line trunk 5 and the caller hooks on at the time of hearing the said acknowledge tone. Then the PBX acquires a caller callback trunk 6 to send a selection signal to call back the caller. When the caller responds to it and dials a trunk line call number and the called party number, the PBX connects the office line trunk 6 and the called party trunk 7. The caller and the called party are connected by the trunk line call connection control when viewed from the PBX and the restoration of the both is supervised by a PBX.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a method for connecting incoming calls to a central office line of a private branch exchange (hereinafter referred to as PBX), and in particular, to a method for connecting incoming calls to a central office line using a central office line. The present invention relates to a recovery monitoring method for a calling party and a called party in Direct Inward System Access (hereinafter referred to as DISA), which is relayed and connected to an extension housed in a PBX other than a PBX or to a general subscriber through the PBX.

In the conventional PBX incoming call connection system, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-66555, a central office line subscriber directly calls an extension housed in the PBX, and DISA allows the central office to No consideration is given to connecting incoming calls from the line to other central office line subscribers via the PBX. Therefore, naturally, DISA
No consideration has been given to recovery methods.

The reason why conventional technology does not take into account the fact that incoming calls from a central office line are relayed to a public line via a PBX and connected to other PBX extensions or subscribers is because DISA is not regulated by law in Japan. This is because However, DISA has been approved in the United States and is already available to the public. DISA, which is practiced in the United States, connects to a PB receiver when a call is received from a PB telephone on a predetermined central office line, and the caller dials the ID number and called party number from the FB double signal. The PBX checks whether the dialed number is a pre-registered number, and if it is confirmed to be a registered number, it follows the previously received called party number and connects the leased line or central office line. Use the call to connect with the caller. This allows the caller to make a call to a called party outside the local area at the rate between the first PBX accessed, and the call rate between the PBX and the called party is billed to the PBX. It's going to happen. As a result, when you want to make a long-distance call for official business, you can use DISA of the recommended company's PBX.
This allows you to make calls at low rates.

In this way, DISA is a useful function and is in high demand in our country, so there is a possibility that laws and regulations will be relaxed in the future and it will be approved. However, if we try to apply the method currently used in the United States, in which the caller connects to the called party while holding up the handset, to Japan, the caller and PBX
Since this is an incoming connection from the PBX side, recovery cannot be monitored, and if the called party accidentally hangs up the phone, it may be impossible for both parties to recover. (In the case of the United States, the system uses a ground start method that allows for monitoring of recovery of the central office line.)In Japan, incoming calls to the central office line to the PBX are subject to the conditions for incoming calls and for the PBX in the restored state. are exactly the same, and it is well known that recovery on the station side cannot be monitored.

According to the present invention, if the so-called DISA function, in which a PBX is accessed from a public network through a local call and a call is made to a called party outside the city via the PBX, is approved in Japan, a function to call back the caller is provided. Since it is added to the PBX, it is possible for both the calling party and the called party to communicate from the PBX's point of view through an outgoing connection, which has the effect of preventing the line from becoming unrecoverable even if the called party disconnects from the receiver. .
