と共に、前記ハウジングの合せ面側に、前記第1
隔壁部に突合せ状に結合する第2隔壁部を一体形
成して、前記ハウジングの前記トランスミツシヨ
ンケースへの結合に伴い、前記第1隔壁部と前記
第2隔壁部とでオイル収容室を画成するごとく成
したことにより、前記変速機構やオイルポンプと
前記バルブボデイとを結ぶ油路を短くすることが
出来るし、しかも、前記トランスミツシヨンケー
スに前記ハウジングを組付けるだけで、前記第1
隔壁部と前記第2隔壁部とが結合して、オイル溜
めとなるオイル収容室が同時に画成されるので、
従来のごとくオイルパンを別途用意する必要がな
いのは勿論のこと、前記トランスミツシヨンケー
スにオイルパンの取付孔を形成する必要もなく、
全体して加工工程と組付け工程の削減と更には部
品点数の削減が図れるのである。

記油路部に取付けると共に、前記ハウジングの合
せ面側に、前記第1隔壁部に突合せ状に結合する
第2隔壁部を一体形成して、前記ハウジングの前
記トランスミツシヨンケースへの結合に伴い、前
記第1隔壁部と前記第2隔壁部とでオイル収容室
を画成するごとく成したことを特徴とする自動車
の自動変速装置。
A housing containing a torque converter and a transmission case containing a transmission mechanism are separately formed, mating surfaces are provided on each of the housing and the transmission case, and these mating surfaces are joined in abutting manner. In an automatic transmission for an automobile, an oil pump is disposed near the mating surface of one of the housing and the transmission case, and hydraulic oil from the oil pump is provided to the transmission mechanism on the mating surface side of the case. An oil passage portion having an oil passage for supplying and discharging oil and a first partition wall surrounding the oil passage portion are provided, and a valve body having an oil passage that matches the oil passage of the oil passage portion is provided in the oil passage portion. At the same time, a second partition part is integrally formed on the mating surface side of the housing and is coupled to the first partition part in an abutting manner, so that when the housing is coupled to the transmission case, the second partition part is integrally formed with the mating surface side of the housing. An automatic transmission device for an automobile, characterized in that an oil storage chamber is defined by the part and the second partition part.
