第一の不織布４と他面に目付重量１０ｇ／ｍ２以
上の第二の不織布５とを重ね合わせ、その両面か
らニードルパンチを施してなる基材層１の、前記
第二の不織布５側に、低融点接着成分６と高融点
骨格成分７とよりなる芯鞘型複合繊維８よりなる
目付重量が１０〜１００ｇ／ｍ２の不織布の表皮
層２を重ね合わせて、該表皮層２側からニードル
パンチを施し、前記表皮層２の表面を加熱押圧し
て前記複合繊維８を溶着してなり、且つ前記表皮
層２と前記第二の不織布５との目付重量の和が、
前記第一の不織布４の目付重量よりも小さいこと
