Claims (1)
フイルムに設けられた上部電極とが絶縁スペーサ
を介して接離可能に対向してなる薄膜スイツチに
おいて、前記上部フイルムと下部フイルムの少な
くとも一方のフイルム上に熱可塑性樹脂を主成分
とする絶縁ペーストを印刷して前記絶縁スペーサ
を形成し、該絶縁スペーサを加熱加圧することに
より、上部フイルムと絶縁スペーサおよび下部フ
イルムをそれぞれ一体化したことを特徴とする薄
膜スイツチ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載におい
て、前記絶縁ペーストは、液状可塑剤中に熱可塑
性樹脂粉末を分散させたプラスチゾルタイプであ
