Claims (1)
ウジングと、第1のうず巻体を備え、前記圧縮機
ハウジング内に固定配置された固定スクロール部
材と、第2のうず巻体を備え、該第2のうず巻き
体が前記第1のうず巻体と角度をずならせて噛み
合い、両うず巻体間に閉塞された流体ポケツトを
形成するように前記固定スクロール部材と重ね合
わされた可動スクロール部材とを有し、該可動ス
クロール部材をその自転を阻止しながら、円軌道
運動を行わせることによつて前記流体吸入口に連
通した吸入室から吸入ガスを前記流体ポケツトに
取り込み、前記固定スクロール部材の中心部に設
けられた吐出口から吐出室を介して前記流体排出
口へ高圧ガスを排出するようにしたスクロール型
圧縮機において、前記固定スクロール部材には前
記第1のうず巻体の最外端より内側によつた位置
に流体バイパス孔が設けられ、該流体バイパス孔
と前記吸入室とを逆止弁を介して連通する中間圧
力室と、該中間圧力室と連通する第1の開口部及
び前記吸入室へ連通する第2の開口部を備え、吐
出ガスが導入されるシリンダと、該シリンダ内に
滑動可能に配置され、前記第1の開口部を開閉す
るピストンと、前記シリンダへの前記吐出ガスの
導入を制御するコントロール弁機構とを有し、前
記ピストンは前記シリンダ内に導入された吐出ガ
ス圧力と前記中間圧力室の圧力との圧力差によつ
て滑動し、前記ピストンと前記第1の開口部が設
けられているシリンダ内壁部との衝突による衝撃
を柔らげるとともに、前記ピストンが前記第1の
開口部を閉じた状態で前記ピストンと前記シリン
ダ内壁とをシールする緩衝手段が設けられている
ことを特徴とする容量可変型のスクロール型圧縮

て、前記緩衝手段は前記ピストンに装置されてい
ることを特徴とする容量可変型のスクロール型圧
