[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an improvement of a battery storage case. As the problem of pollution has recently come to the fore, there has been a movement to collect and safely dispose of used batteries instead of discarding them indiscriminately. As one means of achieving this, the present invention aims to provide a battery storage case that can be easily collected from general consumers and that can easily and reliably identify whether a battery is used or not.

Conventionally, this type of battery storage case is a composite case in which an appropriate number of battery storage chambers are formed on a mount surface of a white board, art paper, etc. that has an adhesive layer on one side, and that are separate from each other and project upward. It uses a resin lid that is heat-pressed. In this conventional battery storage case, perforations are made in the mount corresponding to the outer periphery of the bottom of the battery storage chamber formed in the synthetic resin lid, and when the battery is used, it is cut out from the perforation and removed. was. In addition, as another conventional example, in a battery storage case configured with a mount made of the same material and having an adhesive layer on one side and a lid body formed with a battery storage chamber made of the same material, the lid body is made of synthetic resin. A U-shaped notch is placed around the bottom of the battery storage chamber formed in the battery chamber, and when using the battery, insert the tip of your toe into the tip of this U-shaped notch and peel it off with your fingers to remove the battery. Things were hot too.

However, these battery compartments are no longer needed after the battery is taken out and are discarded, but if you want to store and reuse used batteries, you will have to have a structure that allows you to store these battery compartments again. First, it is necessary to take the trouble of fixing the battery with tape or adhesive, and there is a risk that it will be very difficult to re-store and collect the used battery.

Therefore, the present invention aims to reuse the unnecessary battery storage body, which has never been considered with conventional products, and to make it useful for collecting used batteries. The aim is to make it possible to distinguish between used and unused items.

Reference numeral 1 is a mount made of a paper material such as white board paper or art paper, which has a wall thickness of 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm and has patterns such as the battery name and instructions for use and handling printed on its surface. 2 is mount 1
Apply a pressure-sensitive or heat-sensitive adhesive such as synthetic rubber, polyamide, or vinyl chloride to the printing surface of 0.5 μ to 1.0 μm.
This is an adhesive layer having a thickness of about μ and formed by coating printing, spraying, brushing, etc. so as to cover areas other than the non-adhesive portion 8 and the battery storage chamber 4, which will be described later. Reference numeral 3 denotes a lid body made of transparent or translucent synthetic resin having elasticity such as vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc. and having a wall thickness of about 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm, through which the printed pattern on the mount and the battery housed can be seen. This lid body 3 is formed with an appropriate number of battery storage chambers 4, which are spaced apart from each other and project upward, from 2 to 10, and are 2 mm from the outer circumference of the lower surface 5 of the battery storage chambers 4. Make U-, V-, or U-shaped cuts 6 at a distance of ~20 mm.
The tip portion 7 is formed by. 8 is the non-adhesive part provided on the mount 1, and the notch 6 provided on the lid body 3
The tip portions 7 of the two are located on opposite sides and have the same shape or are larger in size. Reference numeral 9 denotes a battery such as a mercury battery, a silver battery, a manganese battery, etc., or a collective battery in which a suitable number of batteries are combined. After placing the battery 9 in the battery storage chamber 4, the mount 1 is placed on the synthetic resin lid 3 so that the adhesive layer 2 is in contact with the battery, and the temperature is 90°C.
By applying a moderate amount of heat press to the lid 3 so as not to contact the battery storage chamber 4 and applying pressure for several seconds, the lid 3 and the mount 1 are bonded together via the adhesive layer 2, and a battery storage case is obtained. Note that reference numerals 10 and 11 in the figure are measurement holes for battery inspection that also serve as ventilation for the battery storage chamber 4.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, when taking out the battery 9 from the battery storage case, by lifting the tip 7 upward, the adhesive point inside the notch 6 formed in the synthetic resin cover 3 can be attached to the mount. 1, the battery storage chamber 4 is opened, and the battery 9 can be taken out from inside.

To use the battery taken out in this way and store the used battery again in this battery storage case, as shown in FIG. Insert, cut tip 7
By inserting the battery into the cutout hole 12 provided in the non-adhesive portion 8 of the mount 1, the battery storage case can be made stable before being taken out. Furthermore, whether the battery 9 in the battery storage chamber 4 is used or not can be easily determined by whether the notch tip 7 is inserted into the cutout hole 12 or not, as shown in FIG. can.
