In the case of an aluminum plate, this container was formed by press-forming, followed by polishing and alumite treatment. In the case of brass, after press molding, it is pretreated with a surface treatment agent such as Kirinsu, or decorated with plating. However, among these forming processes, although the press forming process has been automated to the maximum extent possible, there is still a need to reduce the cost of this process. However, even though the press forming process has been automated to the limit, it is currently difficult to automate the alumite treatment, surface treatment painting, or plating decoration process, and it is difficult to automate any of the above processes. Work always required human labor.

For example, in the case of alumite treatment, alumite treatment is performed by stacking multiple press-molded containers in a processing box, or by stacking containers alternately between rods and applying electricity. Alternatively, a jig is formed by spirally winding aluminum or titanium wires, and a container is placed between the wires of this jig and electricity is applied to perform alumite treatment. In addition, manual work is inevitably required when placing the container on the jig during the ground surface treatment process or the plating and decoration process.
It was difficult to achieve complete automation.

Therefore, by rotating the first belt conveyor 10, the belt 12 is moved, and the containers 4 are sequentially placed on the surface of the belt 12 with the finished end surface 6 facing downward. Since the surface of 12 is coated with a decorative material, the decorative material adheres to and is coated on the finished end surface 6. Then, the container 4 with the decorative material applied to the finished end surface 6 is transported to the first belt conveyor 1.
0 to be placed on the second belt conveyor 11. Further, when the container 4 is moved from the first belt conveyor 10 onto the second belt conveyor 11, the container 4 is reversed so that the finished end surface 6 faces upward.
The second belt conveyor 11 is arranged at a lower position with respect to the first belt conveyor 10 so that the container 4 is placed on the container 1, and if necessary, an auxiliary device (not shown) for inverting the container 4 is provided. I will attach it. The container 4 placed on the second belt conveyor 11 with the finished end surface 6 facing upward is moved under the above-mentioned irradiation device 9 by the belt 15 of the second belt conveyor 11, and the finished end surface 6 is coated. The coating 7 is formed by curing the decorative material by irradiating it with heat rays, ultraviolet rays, or electron beams. As a result, similarly to the first method, the finished end face 6 is coated with the decorative material vA.
7 can be formed automatically and continuously, resulting in significant cost reduction.

Since the container 4 thus formed uses the raw metal plate 3 that has been decorated in advance, the surfaces other than the finished end surface 6 are elegant and have excellent corrosion resistance. Since the coating 7 of the decorative material is also formed on the finished end face 6, there is no exposed surface of the material metal of the container 4 itself, making it possible to form a container 4 with excellent corrosion resistance. Moreover, by making the color of the coating 7 of the decorative material the same as the color of the surface of the raw metal plate 3, an overall unified beauty can be created. If the color of the coating 7 is different, on the contrary, the finished end surface 6 becomes an accent and creates a very elegant color.

Since this container 4 uses a pre-decorated raw metal plate 3, it is not necessary to decorate the entire body after molding, and only the finished end face 6 needs to be decorated. Since the decoration is performed automatically and continuously, the cost can be reduced, so it can be provided at a very low cost.

[Effects of the Invention] Constructed as described above This invention uses a raw metal plate 3 whose entire surface has been previously subjected to a surface treatment such as a decoration process, a coating process, or an anti-corrosion process. The containers 4 are formed by a combination of a process of punching into an appropriate shape, a drawing process, and an end cutting process, and the end faces of a number of containers thus formed with the raw material gold layer exposed in the end cutting process are While arranging the containers in a certain direction and continuously feeding the containers, heat-drying paint,
A raw metal plate 3 whose surface is decorated before forming a container 4 by sequentially applying and forming a coating 7 of a decorative material such as an ultraviolet curable paint or an electron beam curable paint in a continuous coating process. Because we are using , the decorative material after molding is applied only to the exposed surface due to the edge cutting process, and this surface is lined up in a certain direction and the decorative material is applied one by one in a continuous coating process. Since there is no exposed surface of the material metal and the cost of the coating process can be reduced, an inexpensive container 4 with excellent corrosion resistance can be provided.

Moreover, since the metal plate 3 that has been decorated in advance is used, the color of the surface other than the exposed end surface is very elegant, and this end surface is also coated with a decorative material. Therefore, if the color of the decorative material is the same as that of the material metal plate 3, a unified beauty can be created as a whole, but if the color of the surface of the material metal plate 3 and the color of the decorative material are different. If you do this, on the other hand, this edge part will become an accent and create a very elegant color.

In other words, conventionally, pressing processes such as the process of punching metal sheets, drawing processes, and edge cutting processes have been automated to the maximum level in an effort to reduce costs, but the decoration process and painting process have lagged behind in automation. However, by eliminating these drawbacks, we were able to reduce the overall cost and provide a more elegant container 4. It is what it is.
