Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate a printing on a printing medium having an arbitrary shape, by arbitrarily moving a printing device on the printing medium. CONSTITUTION:A printing device incorporated in an easily movable small-size and light-weight frame moves by itself on a printing medium for printing. At first, the data required for printing is sent from a host device to be received by a printing data receiver 2, and all the printing data are stored in a memory 3. In printing, a timing signal is outputted from a movable sensor 4 to meet the travel speed of the printing device travelling on the printing medium. An CPU 1 reads the printing data from the memory 3, and outputs the printing data to a printing head 5 in synchronism with the timing signal outputted from the movable sensor 4.

印字媒体上で任意に移動できることを特徴とする。
