信部4はホストからの文字の受信毎に制御部8へ受信中
出力を送出し、制御部8は前記受信中出力を検知する毎
に計時部6を初期化する。この為計時部6の計時が比較
値に達せず受信が継続する限り送信は待ち受は状態とな
る。
