Claims (1)
ンプとを流入管で接続するとともに、当該流入管
に遮断弁を付設し、更に当該遮断弁の上流側の流
入管から分岐して遮断弁の下流側の流入管に連通
するバイパス管に空気を吸引するためのエゼクタ
を付設した構成からなり、前記遮断弁を閉めて供
給ポンプを駆動することによりエゼクタを駆動し
て生じる気液混合流体を膜分離装置に供給して、
膜面に付着した濁質を除去することを特徴とする
