(Prior Art) In conventional paint manufacturing plants, a method is widely adopted in which raw materials such as pigments, resins, and solvents are put into a fixed tank and mixed by stirring using a disilver to obtain a paint product. The above-mentioned fixed tanks were installed in large numbers for each type of raw material, such as resin or solvent, and there was no need to clean the tanks very often. It was operated manually.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Recently, however, with the diversification of properties required for paints, the number of types of paint raw materials such as resins and solvents has increased rapidly, and the number of fixed tanks installed has increased. This cannot be dealt with unless the width is increased significantly, and this requires a vast floor space, which is particularly inconvenient in paint manufacturing factories that produce a wide variety of products in small quantities. A method to solve this problem is to use multiple portable tanks, which are sequentially transported to a raw material preparation station, a stirring station, and a filling station where products are filled into cans. Then, the tanks are cleaned and circulated to the above process. If used, a wide variety of paints can be efficiently produced in a small floor space, which is extremely desirable. However, in this case, each tank must be cleaned at the end of each manufacturing cycle, which requires frequent cleaning operations, and conventional manual methods require labor-intensive work under adverse conditions in an atmosphere where solvents evaporate. It lasts for a long time and cannot be performed on the lateral side.

Next, the cylinder 44 is connected to the connecting plate 4 according to the inner diameter of the tank 2.
5 is driven downward, pushing down the bushes 43 and 48 to bring the side of the brush 51 into contact with the inner surface of the tank 2. Next, the liquid supply device 35 is started, and the liquid supply port 28 of the liquid supply pipe 26 or 27 on the side closer to the inner wall surface of the tank depending on the inner diameter of the tank 2 is activated.
A solvent, which is a cleaning agent, is spouted out, and together with this, the rotating shaft 37 is rotated at a low speed by the rotating shaft drive device 40, and the brushes 51 and 58 rotate while slidingly contacting the inner surface of the tank 2, thereby cleaning the inner surface of the tank. At this time, the cover 25 covers the opening 2a of the tank 2 to prevent the solvent from flying away. After cleaning for a predetermined period of time by a timer, the opening/closing operation device 70 operates to move the trolley 72 forward toward the tank 2, and the bin 76 rotating together with the shaft 74 engages with the bin 65 in the opening/closing groove 63 of the tank to open the opening/closing valve. 62, the dirty solvent is discharged from the tank 2 and returns to the solvent tank 33 via the receiving tray 69. Next, liquid supply device 3
5 and the rotating shaft drive device 40 are stopped, the brush 51 is retracted to the rotating shaft 37 side by the cylinder 44, the lifting frame 14 is raised together with each brush, cover 25, etc. by the lifting frame driving device 22, and the opening/closing operation device The on-off valve 62 at the bottom of the tank 2 is closed by 70, and the rough washing is completed. The solvent in the solvent tank 33 is recycled while the degree of contamination is low, and when the degree of contamination becomes high, it is discharged to the outside of the tank and is replenished with cleaning waste liquid from the tank cleaning device 4b for final cleaning.

After rough washing, the tank 2 is transferred via the chain conveyor 3a17 to the chain conveyor 3b directly below the tank cleaning device 4b for final washing, where it stops, and the inside of the tank is cleaned using a new solvent in the same manner as above. It will be done. Thereafter, the tank 2 transferred onto the lifting platform 6 by the chain conveyor 3b is picked up by an automatic guided vehicle, a forklift, etc., and the cleaning process for one tank 2 is thus completed.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the brush 51 is movable in the diametrical direction of the tank, and the opening position is changed according to the inner diameter of the tank. It is convenient for cleaning different types of tanks, and it is preferable that the solvent attached to the brush does not splash when the brush is inserted into or removed from the tank, but if there is only one type of tank, rotate the brush 51@! 13
It may be fixed to 7. In addition, in the above embodiment, a chain conveyor was used as a support stand to support the tank, and two stages of cleaning, rough washing and final washing, were performed. A fixed stand fixed on the foundation or an elevating stand may be used as the stand. Further, as the cleaning liquid for cleaning, in addition to a solvent, water, steam, etc. can be used in the case of a water-based paint.
