れており、前記端末装置の全てに通話線数と同数
の前記接続器が設けられており、かつ通話呼出し
元となり得る端末装置の全てには、信号線を伝送
される呼出し信号を取込み記憶する手段と、該記
憶に基づいて空き通話回線を選出する手段を備え
たことを特徴とする集合住宅用監視通話システム
