機に組込まれている電池と、子機を待機状態と通
話状態に切換える切換スイツチと、待機状態及び
通話状態にあるとき前記電池から電源が供給され
る動作状態になると共に親機から送信される呼出
し信号及び呼者からの音声信号を受信する受信回
路と、通話状態にあるとき前記電池から電源が供
給されて動作状態になると共に話者の音声信号を
親機へ送信する送信回路と、前記受信回路によつ
て受信された呼出し信号及び音声信号が入力され
ると共に該信号を増幅する増幅回路と、待機状態
にあるとき前記切換スイツチを介して電源線路と
前記増幅回路の出力端子との間に接続される第１
スピーカーと、通話状態にあるとき前記切換スイ
ツチを通して供給されるアバイアス電流により導
通状態になるスイツチングトランジスターと、通
話状態にあるとき該スイツチングトランジスター
の導通により前記増幅回路の出力端子と接地間に
接続される第２スピーカーとより成るコードレス
