Note that the protruding holes 8, recessed holes 4, recessed holes 12, and protruding holes 13 are formed in a continuous plane in the same vertical and horizontal patterns with the same spacing, and these four holes can be placed at any position on the plane. They are superimposed one above the other.

Below, we will explain about assembly and construction on site.
First, the lower plate 11 is cut or a plurality of lower plates 11 are arranged adjacent to each other depending on the size and shape of the installation location.

The heat insulating plate 1 is fitted onto this so that the protruding hole 13 and the recessed hole 12 are fitted.
3 and the recessed holes 12 are arranged in the same vertical and horizontal pattern with the same spacing, so the heat insulating plates 1 can be conveniently arranged as long as they match this pattern, regardless of the arrangement of the bottom plate 11.

Moreover, once the heat insulating plate 1 is fitted onto the lower plate 11, no displacement occurs due to the fitting of the protrusion hole 13 and the recessed hole 12, and the plate is temporarily fixed before being permanently fixed.

Since the heat insulating boards 1 are laid by fitting the convex surfaces 5 and concave surfaces 6 of the side surfaces of the adjacent ones together, there is no difference in height between the adjacent heat insulating boards 1 and 1', and they are approximately on the same plane, making subsequent construction easier. It becomes easier to do.

The top plate 7, heat insulating plate 1 and bottom plate 11, which have been temporarily fixed as above, are inserted through the protrusion holes 8 and the fixtures 14 are inserted into the protrusion holes 13.
It is efficient because it screws in to fix the three parts.

As described above, this invention has a concave hole 4 on the top surface of the heat insulation board 1 and a protrusion hole that is recessed on the top surface and protrudes on the bottom surface of the top surface plate 7 when a panel containing hot water pipes, etc. is installed on the floor surface, etc. A plurality of holes 8 were provided respectively, and the top plate 7 was fitted onto the heat insulating plate 1 while the recessed holes 4 and the projection holes 8 were fitted, and the positions of the recess holes 4 and the projection holes 8 were fixed with the fixtures 14. Since it is a floor heating panel, it has the following effects. After the top plate is fitted to the heat insulating plate, since the recessed hole and the protrusion hole are fitted, the top plate will not be displaced, and the subsequent fixing work using the fixing tool can be performed quickly.

Furthermore, since the fixing tool is used at a predetermined position using the protruding hole and the recessed hole, even an inexperienced installer can install the fixing tool at an appropriate position, and the heater will not be damaged inadvertently.

Due to the above characteristics, even if a method is adopted in which panels are shipped as semi-finished products from the factory and then manufactured and constructed at each construction site in a shape appropriate to the conditions at that site, work efficiency will decrease and construction No deterioration in quality will occur.
