DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of laminating a film and a base material, and more particularly to a method of laminating a plurality of films onto a base material by butting them together so that no gaps are formed and they do not overlap. By laminating a plastic film on a base material such as a plastic film, sheet, plywood, metal plate, glass, or paper, the defects of the base material can be compensated for and the aesthetic appearance can be improved.

The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive research to achieve gap-free parallel lamination of multiple films, which was previously impossible. As a result, the inventors have found that they can cut the overlapping parts of the films using a sharp cutter, and use a special combination of rollers. By using this technology, we have completed this technology. That is, the present invention uses a plurality of films a 2 , a 2 . (a) Among the plurality of films fed through the plurality of film supply rolls A 1 , A 2 . (b) Each of the side end overlapping parts is cutter K 1 , K before the plurality of films passes through guide rolls C 1 , C 2 . 2 ...The film is cut in the longitudinal direction by K o -1, and (c) the cut side film ends a1 ', a2 '...a o' -1 and a2 '', a3 '' ……
After passing through the guide roller, a plurality of films a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 , a 2 . This is a method of laminating a film in which the film is attached to a base material whose surface has been coated with an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive in advance.

The roll coating method is a method in which a liquid or molten material (in the present invention, it refers to an adhesive or an adhesive) is applied to a substrate via a rotating roll, and there are several methods within the roll coating method. An appropriate one is selected depending on the purpose, but will not be described in detail here.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with respect to the case where two films are laminated onto one base material, the gist of the attachment method is the same even when there are three or more films. For example, if there are three sheets of film, two cutters are required. There are four ends of the film cut at the film overlap portion: a 2 ′, a 2 ″, a 2 ′, and a 3 ″.
