【図面の簡単な説明】 第１図は本考案の高速波長掃引可能な分光器の一実施例
を示す模式図、第２図は本考案の原理を説明するための
図、第３図は従来の微小ギャップ測定法を説明するため
の図である。 図中、１０は白色光源、１１は入力スリット、１２は反
射鏡、１３は第１の凹面鏡、１４は回折格子、１５は第
２の凹面鏡、１６は回転多面鏡、１７は出力スリット、
１８はハーフミラー、１９は狭帯域通過型干渉フィルタ
、２０は光検出器をそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも光源と、入力スリットと、回折格子と、出力
    スリットとを順次配置した分光器において、回折格子と
    出力スリットとの光路途中に回転多面鏡を設けると共に
    、出力スリットから出た光の一部を検出する狭帯域通路
    型フィルタ付光検出器を設けてなり、該光検出器により
    特定波長のときに信号を発生させて自己マーカとするこ
    とを特徴とする高速波長掃引可能な分光器。
