である場合には該呼は加入者Aおよび加入者Bの
間において繰り返し転送される事となり結果とし
て、多量の貴重な交換資源を無効に保留してしま
うという交換機能上重大な欠点が含まれていた。
特に加入者Bが加入者Aとは異なる交換局に収容
されている場合、広範な通信交換網に対し、上記
同様の悪影響を与える事となつてしまう。
