Abstract

PURPOSE:To monitor surely even with a small number of TV cameras though places to be monitored are in a wide range or include plural intricated positions, by providing a central controller with a monitor device, a radio communication equipment, and a moving car controller. CONSTITUTION:An attended running track 3 runs automatically on a preliminarily set course while detecting ferrite mark bodies installed on surfaces of roads by a magnetic sensor on a basis of commands from a central controller 2 and rotates and drives a rotating stage to scan a preliminarily set angle range by a TV camera 4. Images picked up by the TV camera 4 are transmitted to the central controller 2 through mutual communication between radio communication equipments 6 and 7 and is displayed on a TV monitor 8. An operator monitors pictures on the TV monitor 8 to detect the presence/absence of invaders from the external or the presence/absence of the occurrence of an abnormal state.
