体部への装着によつて、駆動杆14と可動刃2と
が連結されるようになつている。第3図は刃ブロ
ツク13を示すものであり、刃基台15の内面に
は一対の角ボス16,16が突設されており、こ
の角ボス16に押えばね17の係合穴18を嵌め
込み、次いで可動刃2のガイド孔19に角ボス1
6を挿入し、更に固定刃1の孔20を角ボス16
に合わせて固定ピン21を角ボス16先端面にさ
し込むことでこの刃ブロツク13は組み立てられ
ている。そして一側縁の全長と他側縁一部とに
夫々刃溝5,6が列設されてくし状の刃先部3,
4が夫々形成されている固定刃1及び可動刃2
は、可動刃2一端の連結孔22が前記駆動杆14
と連結されて可動刃2が往復動されることによ
り、刃先部4は押えばね17によつて与えられる
接触圧のもとで刃先部3に対して摺動し、各刃先
部3,4における刃溝5,6内にとらえたひげや
むだ毛、眉毛等の毛を切断するわけである。

側では小さくなるためであり、固定刃1と可動刃
2との摺動面であるところの切断面から毛7の根
元までの寸法が、刃溝5の開口部付近の寸法l0
り奥部側の寸法l1の方が大きく、刃溝5の奥方で
切断される毛ほど、根元から短く切断されないこ
とになるためである。肌に接触するのが固定刃で
はなく、可動刃であつても同様である。

1を肌8に押し当てれば、開口幅が奥部幅よりも
広い刃溝5内に突出してくる肌8の量は開口部の
方が奥部よりも大きいものの、固定刃1と可動刃
2との各刃先部3,4の摺動接触面であるところ
の切断面から肌8までの寸法、つまり切断面から
毛7の根元までの寸法l0,l1は、第10図に示す
ように刃溝5の開口側や奥部側を問わずに略同じ
であり、毛7は常に根元から短く切断されるもの
