Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a film for overhead projectors, which is capable of recording of aqueous inks for the film for overhead projectors, by coating transparent fine particles on the surface of a transparent film. CONSTITUTION:Transparent fine particles 3, (e.g., glass beads, synthetic resin spherical micro beads of PS, PE, acrylic resins, etc.) with a transparent adhesive 2 are coated on a transparent film 1 (e.g., of vinyl chloride, polyimide, polyester, PS, etc.) to obtain an aimed film.

The smaller the diameter of the fine particles, the better, but if it is too small, the effect will be small, so it is better to have a diameter of 5-50 μm.Also, the amount of coating should be 3-2
A value of about 0 μm is preferable, but there is also a difference depending on the amount of ink. In the case of only characters, it is sufficient to apply a thin layer when drawing by dispersed dots, and when there are many solid prints, it is better to apply a thick layer in order to retain the ink.

As a coating method, adhesive 2 can be applied on film 1 and then fine particles 3 can be applied, or adhesive 2 and fine particles 3 can be mixed in advance and applied to film l. . The fine particles 3 have a high ink retention rate when the diameter is about 5 to 50 μm.
