てシース型熱電対を被測温物体表面に取付けた状態を示
す斜視図、第２図は被測温物体の表面に従来の方法で取
付けられたシース型熱電対を示す斜視図であり、第３図
、第４図は夫々その平面図と側面図、第５図は第１図に
示した取付治具およびシース型熱電対の平面図、第６図
は正面図、第７図は左側面図である。

Claims (1)
具であって、前記シース型熱電対の先端部を収納する金
属製の鞘と、電気抵抗溶接により被測温物体の表面に固
定される金属製の薄板でできた取付片とからなり、該取
付片の中央部に前記鞘がその匍面で固定されていること
