Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a complete combustion to be performed with a less volume of secondary air by a method wherein a plurality of projections are arranged in response to either the interrupted portion or the small flame holes at the upper surface between the air holes of the burner cap having air holes at the central part and the flame holes. CONSTITUTION:A through-pass hole 3 is arranged at a central part of a burner 8, a clearance 19 is formed between the lower and part 18 in a protection cylinder 5 and the upper surface 4 of the burner cap 1 in order to supply the secondary air to the space 13. At this time, the secondary air may act as a shielding item due to a division of the clearance 19 with the projection 14 and the air may not flow to the rear part of the projection 14 at the most. Due to this fact, a quite small flame hole or the like for use in transferring flame is arranged at the interrupted part 20 having no flame hole 2 at the rear part of the projection 14 or between the flame holes 2 and a combustion volume at this location is kept low, the lack of secondary air is produced, the flame may not be extended and CO is not discharged and thus a complete combustion can be attained.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As shown in FIG. 5, burner caps used in conventional stoves of this type include a burner cap 1, a plurality of tooth-shaped flame holes provided around the burner cap 1, and 3
is a through hole provided in the center of the burner cap 1, 4 is the upper surface of the burner cap 1, and 5 is a protective cylinder placed on the upper surface 4, which is partially inserted into the through hole 3 and fixed to the burner cap 1. It consists of secondary air holes provided in the cylindrical surface of the protective cylinder 5, and this burner cap 1 was used in a stove with a temperature sensor. (For example, JP-A-55-28
In addition, in the burner cap of a commonly used stove, a plurality of flame holes are arranged intermittently at several places or are made into small flame holes with a small area, corresponding to the protruding claws of the trivet, and the flame The flame formed in the mouth does not touch the protruding claws. (For example, Utility Model Publication No. 134148/1983) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above configuration, the burner cap 1
When used as a burner for a stove, the situation when boiling over from a pot, etc. that is placed on the stove and heated is as follows.
The boiling liquid etc. that has boiled over on the upper surface 4 does not flow into the through hole 3 but accumulates on the upper surface 4. Since the burner cap 1 is at a high temperature, the broth solidifies on the upper surface 4. The solidified material increases as it is used, and finally from the secondary air hole 6 to the through hole 3.
The boiling liquid etc. flows into the container, and then similarly solidifies in the secondary air holes 6. Therefore, the secondary air that should be supplied from the secondary air holes 6 is no longer supplied, and there is a shortage of secondary air necessary for combustion, resulting in incomplete combustion. In addition, when the secondary air hole 6 is blocked, the boiling liquid also flows to the side of the flame hole 2 provided around it, and the flame hole 2 becomes clogged with the boiling liquid, and the flame hole 2 that was originally set becomes smaller. (The area of the flame hole 2 becomes smaller.) Therefore, the amount of combustion per flame hole changes and there is a problem that good combustion cannot be obtained. Furthermore, when making the protective cylinder 5 and molding it from a pipe, a drawing process is used to reach the size of the through hole 3. On the other hand, when it is made from sheet metal, the cylindrical end face must be fixed by welding or caulking, which increases the processing steps and increases the cost.

Function According to the present invention, with the above-described configuration, the secondary air to the flame formed in the flame hole of the burner cap is combusted by being supplied with secondary air from both the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the flame. At this time, the secondary air from the inner circumferential side is supplied from the secondary air hole provided in the center of the burner cap, and then flows through the gap formed between the top surface of the burner cap and the protective tube to reach the flame. . This secondary air is blocked by the convex part provided on the top surface of the burner cap to create a gap, making it difficult for it to flow behind the convex part. A small flame hole with a smaller area than the hole is provided to reduce the amount of combustion with either no flame or a small flame, so complete combustion can be achieved with a small amount of secondary air. In addition, since there is no part where boiling liquid or the like accumulates on the top surface of the burner cap, the gap is not blocked by boiling liquid, so that good combustion can be maintained. Further, the convex portion can be easily obtained by forging, casting, etc. of the burner cap, and the protective tube can also be obtained only by cutting the pipe, and then both can be easily obtained by caulking, press-fitting, etc.

In Figures 1 to 4, 7 is the burner cap 1 on the top.
The burner 8 is composed of a burner body on which the burner 8 is placed. 9 is a trivet for placing and holding the heated object 10 at a predetermined distance from the burner 8; 11 is a through hole 3 of the burner 8 and a protection tube 5;
A temperature sensor 12 is inserted into the interior and has its tip in contact with the bottom surface of the object to be heated 10; 12 is a flame formed in the flame hole 2 of the burner 8;
13 is a space formed between the combustion flame 12 and the protective cylinder 5; 14
is a plurality of protrusions provided on the upper surface 4 of the burner cap 1,
The convex portion 14 is composed of a convex portion 15 and a stepped portion 16. 17
18 is a groove provided all around the outer peripheral surface of the protection tube 5, and 18 is a lower end portion of the protection tube 5, which is placed on the stepped portion 16 of the burner cap 1. The burner cap 1 and the protective cylinder 5 are integrated by cramming the protrusion 15 toward the groove 17 so that the protrusion 15 fits into the groove 17 and is fixed. Reference numeral 19 indicates a gap formed between the upper surface 4 of the burner cap 1 and the lower end 18 of the protection pipe 5 when the burner cap 1 and the protection pipe are integrated, and 20 indicates a gap between the flame hole 2 arranged on the outer periphery of the burner cap 1. At the interrupted portion, the interrupted portion 20 is in a state of blocking the flame hole arranged therein, and is configured so that the flame hole 2 is not provided in the place where the flame hole 2 should normally be provided. 21 is the protruding claw of the trivet 9, which constitutes the stove.

At this time, the object to be heated 10 on the trivet 9 is heated. If the stove is equipped with a function of sensing the temperature of the object to be heated 10 by the temperature sensor 11 and controlling the fuel supply based on the signal from the temperature sensor 11, for example, the fuel supply will be controlled. That is, the temperature of the heated object 10 is maintained constant by repeating ignition and extinguishing at the temperature of the heated object 10. At this time, the protection tube 5 protects the temperature sensor 11 from the radiant heat of the flame 12 so that the temperature sensor 11 is not heated by the radiant heat of the flame 12 and receives heat from sources other than the object to be heated. On the other hand, in order to maintain the flame 12 in a good condition, it is necessary to supply secondary air as combustion air. Therefore, the through hole 3 must be provided in the center of the burner 8 to supply secondary air to the flame 12 toward the center of the burner 8, that is, to the space 13. In order to supply secondary air to the space 13, a gap 19 is formed between the lower end 18 of the protection cylinder 5 and the upper surface 4 of the burner cap 1.

At this time, since the protrusions 14 divide the gap 19, the secondary air acts as a shield and hardly flows to the rear of the protrusions 14. Therefore, if the flame hole 2 is arranged in the rear part of the convex part 14, there is almost no supply of secondary air from the space 13 side to the flame 12 formed in the flame hole 2 in this part. Next, in order to cause air shortage, the flame hole 2 behind the convex part 14
By providing an intermittent part 20 or a very small flame hole for flame transfer between the flame holes 2 to reduce the amount of combustion in this area, a lack of secondary air will occur and the flame will last longer. It has the effect of achieving complete combustion without stretching or emitting C○. Furthermore, when the burner cap 1 is made by casting or forging, the protruding portion 14 and the interrupted portion 20 are
are molded at the same time to obtain the dimensional and positional relationship, and there is no need for machining for separate construction.In addition, the integration of the protective tube 5 and the burner cap 1 allows the protrusion 15 to be plastically moved toward the groove 17 side. This effect can be easily obtained by a caulking operation in which a part of the convex portion 15 is deformed to fit into the groove 17, and at the same time, the gap 19 can be easily obtained.
