Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の熱電対を直列に接続しこれをほぼ平
行な取付面と露出面とを含む既知熱抵抗の支持体
内に埋設してなる熱流計センサ部において、該支
持体の露出面側に該熱電対列とほぼ平行に金属シ
ート該金属シートを覆う保護層とを設けたことを
特徴とする熱流計センサ部。 (2) 前記金属シートと保護層とが、支持体の両
側部にまで伸びていることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項の熱流計センサ部。 (3) 前記金属シートと保護層とが、支持体の両
側部からさらに側方外方に伸び、その内側面が取
付面の延長部を形成している実用新案登録請求の
範囲第２項の熱流計センサ部。 (4) 前記金属シートと保護層とが既存のセンサ
部外面に付加されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項乃至第３項のいずれかに熱流計センサ部。 (5) 前記金属シートが支持体内に埋設され、前
記保護層が支持体の一部より構成されてなる実用
