Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両面に電極を設けた正特性サーミスタと、
該正特性サーミスタの前記電極に対接しかつ引出
端子部を有する一対の電極端子板と、前記電極端
子板の一方に重ねられた絶縁磁器で成る放熱板と
、前記正特性サーミスタ及び前記電極端子板を収
納する凹部を有する絶縁ケースと、全体を保持固
定する保持具とを備えることを特徴とする正特性
サーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記放熱板は、前記電極端子板に重ねられ
る面が平面研磨面となつていることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の正特性サ
