Abstract

PURPOSE:To mechanically forward mooring lines instead of manually by rack- mounting a conveyance cable that is freely reciprocated ganging with the rotation of a winch from the upward of the winch to the upward of mooring hardware and providing a mooring lanyard gripping section that is hung and fixed to the cable. CONSTITUTION:A conveyance cable 10 is rack-mounted from the upward of a winch 1 to the upward of broadside mooring hardware 7. The conveyance cable 10 is freely reciprocated between the upward of the winch 1 and mooring hardware 7 through a transmission lanyard 4a from an auxiliary wheel 4 that is coaxially mounted on the drum 2 of the winch 1. A mooring lanyard gripping section is hung and fixed to the conveyance cable 10 and mooring lines 3 are forwarded from the winch 1 to the side mooring hardware 7. The mooring lines forwarding work that was performed manually so far can be performed mechanically.

Handling the mooring lines manually by deck personnel as in the past not only requires a large number of human resources, but also as ships become larger, the diameter of the mooring lines increases and the weight increases, making it difficult to handle. There were also many problems with work safety.

An auxiliary wheel 4 is provided on the drive shaft of the winch 1 that rotates the drum 2 via a connecting device that adjusts the rotation speed, and a cable drive wheel 5 connected to the auxiliary wheel 4 by a transmission cable 4a is connected to the post. A mooring hardware 7 is provided on the side of the ship, and a davit 8 equipped with a pulley 9 is attached adjacent to the mooring hardware 7. A conveyance cable 10 is rotatably attached between the cable drive wheel 9 and the cable drive wheel 5. Further, on the lower line of the conveying cable 10, as shown in FIG. 2, a cable grip ring 12 is installed via a spring 11'f. Figure 2 shows the conveying cable 10 and the cable grip ring 1.
FIG. 2 is a detailed diagram showing the relationship between FIG. 3 is a detailed view of the distal end of the transmission cable 3 fitted into the cable grip ring 12. As shown in the figure, the tip of the transmission cable has an eye splice 13.
A stopper 14 is provided at the base of the stopper 14 to prevent the transmission line 6 from falling off by contacting the purple gripping ring 12. It is completely possible for the line to expand.

When the ship approaches the quay and begins mooring work, the winch 1 is first driven to send out the transmission line 3. Simultaneously with the rotation of the winch drum 2, the auxiliary wheel 4 rotates via the connecting device, and this rotation is transmitted to the cable drive wheel 5 by the transmission cable 4a, which causes the conveying cable 10 to rotate and connect the lower conveying cable. 10 is moved to the side of the ship. Since the distal end of the transmission cable 3 is fitted into the cable grip ring 12 by the collar of the stopper 14, the transmission cable 3 is pulled out to the side, and the distal end changes from the state shown in ■ to the state shown in Fig. 1. becomes. When the transmission cable 6 reaches the side and reaches the state (2) above, if the connection device is disconnected and transmission of the 20 revolutions of the winch drum to the auxiliary wheel 4 is stopped, the movement of the conveyance cable 10 will stop. , only transmission cable 3 is Wiener 1
It is driven out of the ship, and then it is locked in the mortar locking device on land.

While the ship is moored, the tension on the mooring rope constantly changes due to the movement of the ship, etc., but this changing tension is stopped by the mooring <4vIJ7 on the side of the ship, and the cable grip ring 12 Since the spring 11 between the cable 10 and the carrier cable 10 has a positive effect, there is no problem with the carrier cable 10.

When the ship leaves the berth, the transmission cable 3 can be hoisted onto the wiener 1 by following the procedure reverse to that for the case of leaving the berth.

Furthermore, by appropriately adjusting the heights of the posts 6 and davits 8, the height of the conveying cable 10 can be made arbitrary, so that the passage between the winch 1 and the gunwale can be easily used when the winch is not in use. There is no problem in securing it.
