【発明の詳細な説明】 本考案は、いわゆる電子レンジのような高周波加熱装置
の冷却装置に関するものである。

気、排気を明確にしている程度のものであったため、フ
ァンの軸方向の力が弱く、高周波発振器及び高圧トラン
スを並列に位置させて冷却していた。このだめ高圧トラ
ンスの冷却にとっては効率カ悪くコストアップになって
いた。又ファンの軸方向の力が弱いため、高周波加熱装
置を収納庫又は収納壁にビルトインして使用する場合、
急激に排気が弱くなり、各部品の異常加熱を生じる危険
性があった。

にダクトを構成し尚且そのダクト内壁に軸方向に、細板
形状の案内板(バッフル)を設はプロペラファンの回転
方向の分速度を軸方向に変換し、プロペラファンの軸方
向の力、すなわち風圧を高めることにより、高圧トラン
ス及び高周波発振器を直列に配置し、両者を冷却しよう
とするものである。

って回転方向の分速度は軸方向に変換され高周波発振器
に達する。ファンから高周波発振器の間のダクト内部に
は、高圧トランスが配置されている。すなわち高圧トラ
ンス及び、高周波発振器を直列に位置させて冷却してい
る。

置による冷却を可能にしたものである。プロペラファン
の能力を最大限に利用して高圧トランスを冷却するよう
構成したため高圧トランスの線径を最も細くするととが
でき、高周波加熱装置の構成部品の中で最も大きく高コ
ストの部品である高圧トランスの小型化及び低コスト化
を実現したものである。又従来の冷却ファンと比較し風
圧が高くなったため、収納庫又は収納壁等に設置され冷
却回路の抵抗が増しだ場合にも安定した冷却を可能にし
たものであり、本考案によれば安価で且つ過酷な設置条
件においても安全な高周波加熱装置を提供し得るもので
ある。
