Conventional winter gloves include leather gloves and rubber gloves with cloth attached to the inside, as well as waterproof outer gloves and heat-retaining inner gloves that are bonded together using adhesive. Those with a structure bonded together are used. However, leather gloves are water-permeable, so they cannot be used in places where water is present, while rubber gloves can prevent water from passing through, but have the disadvantage of lacking heat retention. For example, if the outer glove has a structure in which the outer glove is made of C stockinette knit fabric and the surface is coated with hynyl chloride resin or rubber, the J inner glove is made of stockinette knit fabric. Using a structure that covers the sleeve, apply adhesive to the surface of the sleeve of the inner glove and apply dots on the outer glove, or apply the desired adhesive on the flat surface. A chlorinated heel resin skin of 11% is formed by heat-treating the resin and applying an adhesive to the surface of the film. These gloves had a structure in which they were manufactured by attaching one bag to the mouth (right and left) and then inverting and peeling it off. If it is too high, productivity will not increase, and the working environment will be poor as adhesives are used for bonding.Furthermore, the adhesive part will peel off while gloves are being used, and the flexibility of the Ijlit stand will be poor. He said there are some drawbacks.

[! 1j The present invention also has a laminated potted structure consisting of a base fabric of A7 thread knitting on the inside, a luminescent foam layer, a powdered vinyl chloride haze, a vinyl chloride base or a urethane decoy. Cold protection gloves featuring the following characteristics, and gloves made by cutting and sewing the base A1j of A1J with a urethane foam layer on one side and sewing gloves made of aluminum with the A7 side inside. Cover the hand pattern and coat the surface of the glove with 15) wood-like vinyl chloride.6) wood-like salt 1.
Put vinyl chloride 7'lastisol name on top of the vinyl.
Special feature is to produce cold-protective gloves having vinyl chloride or urethane skin on the surface by heat-treating the emulsion-based urethane. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing cold-proof gloves that can take up to 100 minutes.

Tips!・N, sufu, etc. are used. Here, 1.5 to 5 mm is preferable for the thickness of urethane foam 1. If it is less than 5111111, the heat retention effect is small and 5.
If it exceeds 1, the sense of grasping things will become dull, which is not desirable. Fig. 1 is completed by cutting and sewing 1 (shown in Ad).
It is a hand pattern made of cyfluminium that can be worn over a glove with the knitted side of the milii on the inside. 4. Powdered vinyl chloride b is applied to the surface of the glove that has been pressed into the aluminum 1 hand shape.
+ -1- It is a powder fluidized tank shown in Fig. 2 used for scouring, and the powdered salt used in the present invention is mixed with a dry friend and (J chloride heel). It is made by absorbing plasticizer into the resin and coarsening the U particles, which are then swollen and coarsened. This is to prevent the urethane-based urethane from soaking into the urethane foam layer. t [, or urethane direct, and this chloride heel or urethane -6
is obtained by chlorinating powdered vinyl chloride (5) on the surface of a glove coated with nostisol or emulsion yarn urethane (4) and heat-treating it.
