この発明は連結用テープを貼着したタイルユニットの

タイル連結用テープとは、ビニロン等の合成樹脂やク
ラフト紙等の所要巾をもつものであり、タイル集合体を

タイルの移動速度と同調する速さで貼着し、接着剤の塗
布前で所定の長さに切断したテープの残り部分にも接着
剤を塗布して貼着することを特徴とするタイルユニット
の製造方法および長尺テープの案内具と送出具の前方に
切断具を設け、その前方に接着剤付具を設けた特許請求
の範囲第1項記載のタイルユニットの製造に用いる装置

長尺の連結用テープSはその先端を案内具1に導かれて
いる。案内具1は第2図に示したような形状であり、連
結用テープSの揺動が極めて少ないような形状でなけれ

した送出具2が設けられている。送出具2により送られ
る連結用テープSの速さは、タイルTの移動速度と同調
させてあり、案内具1によつてまつすぐに切断具3の位
置を越えて繰り出され、接着剤付具4で下面に接着剤を
塗布してタイルTの定位置にその先端がくるように調整
されている。切断具3および接着剤付具4はできるだけ
タイルTに近く設置するのが望ましい。切断具3および
案内具1がタイルTから離れると第3図のようにテープ
Sが捩れる恐れがある。ある程度の長さの連結用テープ
がタイルTの貼着されてから、切断具により連結用テー
プSを所定の長さに切断し、同時に送出具2の送り出し
を停止する。切断された連結用テープSの先端はタイル
Tにすでに貼着されているため、連結用テープSは繰り
出されて行き、また糊付けされていない部分もタイルT
の移動に伴つて、接着剤付具4により糊付けされタイル
T上に貼着される。次のタイルユニットが設定位置まで
くると、再びテープSの送出具2が再び送り出しを開始
し、その一連の動作を繰り返すことにより、タイルユニ
ットを連続的に製造することができる。以上の説明のよ
うに、本発明の高品質のタイルユニットを安価な製造方

When the next tile unit reaches the set position, the tape S feeder 2 starts feeding the tape S again, and by repeating this series of operations, tile units can be manufactured continuously. As described above, there is an advantage that the high quality tile units of the present invention can be mass-produced using an inexpensive manufacturing method and apparatus.

着し、接着剤の塗布前で所定の長さに切断したテープの
残り部分にも接着剤を塗布して貼着することを特徴とす
